What’s your return policy?
We wan’t you to be happy with Uproot. If you aren’t happy, contact us and we do as much as we can to make you happy!
Where do you ship?
We ship to almost every state. If you're shipping outside of CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, TX, VA, and WA please contact us directly at 707-948-6105 or email us at email@example.com
Why don't you ship via ground?
We want to make sure the wine is perfect when it gets to you, sitting on a hot truck doesn’t ensure great wine arrives are your house.
How do you ship & how long will it take to get to me?
Carrier pigeon… and when they aren’t available we ship 3 day or better via FedEx, UPS, or GSO.
How much is shipping?
We feel that high shipping costs shouldn’t stop you from enjoying Uproot so we have brought the shipping costs down as low as we can. Buy three or more bottles and standard shipping (2-3 days) is included in the price. If you buy less than three bottles shipping costs and options will be shown to you during checkout, but don’t worry we have some great rates!
Can I pickup my wine?
Yes, the option to pickup at our distribution facility in Napa will be presented at checkout. Just choose this and we will be in touch with directions.
Does someone need to sign for the package?
Since we’re shipping you alcohol (and its great alcohol in our humble opinions) someone over 21 needs to sign for the package. Sorry we didn’t make the law, we’re just following it.
